Corner of my Studio III

I was overwhelmed by the choice of still -life subjects to paint, this included a huge orchid flourishing in the corner of my studio, competing with a hectic cineraria, also flourishing. The garden was sunny and inviting outside seen through the various angles of the windows. Indeed the architecture of the corner also seemed important, and the shape of the furniture, and the clutter of coloured books. Oh, and the cat has joined it…my painting became an interior, a happy description of the place I inhabit.
