Narcissi in Victorian Glass Vase

The old glass of this antique vase offered a lovely orb of light beneath the dancing creamy narcissi. The coolness of the flowers, with their acid yellow centres, was balanced with the earthy chestnut warmth and purple shadows cast by them onto the polished surface of the table.
